We are doing just that and more. We bring together old recipes improved through a crowd sourcing process spanning 7,200 hours, with cutting edge food prep innovations to retain maximum nutrition and taste.

Yes, most of our menu is vegan. Our ingredients are organic where possible, and of the utmost quality that we would feed to our own family members every day.
In the hummus bowl mains, you can have: Vegan Shawarma (with Cauliflowers), Mushrooms, Matbuha (tomatoes & garlic), Falalfel, Chips-Salad and of-course the Classic bowl. All salad bowls on the menu are vegan.
Yes, we have many gluten-free options including gluten-free bread. We have kids and adults with Celiac disease who regularly dine here or get delivered. Look for a wheat-free icon on the menu.
Yes, we have a dine-in with patio and a nice indoor. We also do take out, delivery and catering.
You always order and pay before you sit. We bring the food to you.

Yes, most of our ingredients are organic. The chickpeas are always organic and many of the vegetables are organic too. All our meat is the highest grade for maximum nutritional value and taste.
While we do not have halal certification for the restaurant, the meat we use is halal.

What we sell are Hummus and Water-Kefir, but at the core, we are innovating the ‘healthy’ Quick-Service Restaurant concept. Serving highly bio-available, easily digestible, mostly organic and freshly made food has its own inherent challenges, especially during these pandemic times.
